The staff were friendly, the room was roomy, and the housekeeping team was attentive and efficient. However, a poster advertising an anti‑smoking campaign hung on the door of the cleaning storage room, which was in a blind spot while walking; poor lighting made it a bit of a jump scare when approached.

The suite was very spacious, perfect for our large luggage and for relaxing. Staff were friendly and responded immediately to requests, the water pressure was great and hot water came on right away. Breakfast was excellent. The lobby was huge, but the air conditioning was insufficient; the room had a little dust but was refreshed right after we mentioned it to reception. There was only one combined restaurant/café/bar, and it would be nice to have a cozier bar for guests to unwind.

The only thing that mattered was the location. Apart from the brand on the logo, the room offered zero comfort, cold air constantly blew, the air‑conditioner cannot be set above 20 °C, there were no free seats at breakfast and the selection was extremely weak—though you wouldn’t go hungry, it was just mediocre.
