The location was fine, but the advertised services weren’t consistently available— the bar was open only one day, the wet areas only one day, the pool wasn’t heated, and the restaurant closed after lunch.
“muy buena”
The breakfast was excellent, though on some days there wasn’t even milk. The staff were very attentive and helpful. However, the service bathrooms next to the restaurant lacked a paper towel dispenser and hand‑drying towels.
The reservation was cancelled due to poor management.
“Bella Tierra, acogedor.”
I stayed at a hotel perched up in Tibasoza, with stone paths that let you enjoy its well‑kept, natural surroundings. It has a chapel, and the service is warm, high quality, and affordable. Ricardo, the owner, and his team of staff make guests feel at home. I’ll return.
The view from the hotel is impressive.
