“A nice resort, the whole beach area needs to be cleaned up.”
The location is great, with a waterway at the back and an ocean view across the road. The beach itself is quite dirty, though.

The accommodation is clean, quiet, and well equipped. The owner is sweet and gives good recommendations.

A nice little cabin with a great bed. The only downside is having to cross the road to reach the beach. Coffee and tea are free all day. The owners and their cats are lovely. The cabin is small, and you’ll need a toothpick to brush your teeth because the sink is outside. Everything feels a bit old, as does the surrounding area. When we left, no one was there to acknowledge our departure.

The place looks great, parking is easy, it's close to the pier, the rooms are clean, the vibe is good, people are smiling, and the cats are plentiful and adorable. No complaints.

The property is made up of several separate bamboo huts, each lovingly furnished and featuring its own toilet, shower, and sink. The windows cut down on light and sound, making the rooms pleasantly quiet. Every hut has its own air‑conditioning unit and insect screens protect the key spots when the windows are closed. Every morning guests are greeted with freshly cooked breakfast served as a small buffet at the reception. In the evenings you can buy chilled beer and take it back to your hut. You can also rent a kayak or a moped. Walking only 5 to 10 minutes takes you to plenty of beach restaurants and bars. In the mornings we were welcomed by friendly cats cared for by the host family. For a calm, relaxed stay at Pak Meng Beach we highly recommend this place.
