I was pleased to find the hotel close to Kovalam beach, and there were no issues to mention.

The room could use a cleanliness upgrade, though it did have the basic facilities.

Everything was great; I liked it. The parking was right next to the hotel, and the camera there made me feel safe enough to sleep in the room. The room was clean, the bathroom was fine, and even though they said there was Wi‑Fi, I tried to connect once and couldn’t get a signal. That wasn’t a problem for me, but when they showed me the room options, the first one didn’t list parking, so I chose the second option that had both parking and Wi‑Fi for a slightly higher price because parking was essential. Still, parking was available and there were no other cars around. Even though there were people in the rooms, the kids tried to set up the TV but it showed no signal, yet we didn’t bother because our goal was to sleep, so we didn’t notice the TV or Wi‑Fi at all.

The fan holder in the room didn’t work, there was no bath stool in the washroom, ants were everywhere in the room, and all my food items had gone bad.
