I slept soundly on the plush beds and the front desk staff were welcoming, and the check‑in was a breeze thanks to the great spot right next to the metro. But it was a shame when a cleaner barged into my room without knocking while I was still getting dressed after a shower, over two hours before the 5am check‑out, and the lighting was weak and there weren’t enough towels.

Everything was fine: the cleaning, the bed, the breakfast and the location. Things that could be better are the lighting, the bathroom finish (the sink has a hole where the tap should be and the floor is wet), the towels are barely enough and I think the air conditioning is missing for the summer.

The place is great, right next to Marcel Sembat metro and boulevard Jean‑Jaurès with all its shops. The breakfast is full‑fledged and nice, and the kettle and coffee are in the room. The bathroom is tiny and it’s hard to fit into the shower.
