The spot is spot on for getting around, but the bathtub was a nice touch that could have been better—no border meant water splashed everywhere, turning the room into a slip hazard. The bedside light switch didn’t reach the lamp, and moving around was cramped because the staff never answered the phone or showed up after I waited 5‑10 minutes.

The location is handy and the décor has some personality. The common area has a free filtered water dispenser, and the room comes with a fridge. However, the window that supposedly opens onto an inner courtyard actually just looks into a light well, and the next room’s window is only 18 inches away, so you get neither privacy nor natural light. The safe is also too small for a laptop.

The location is good, but the room is on the street floor, and the back door makes noise whenever guests come and go. The shower could use some improvement.
