The spot is spot‑on – right near the main attractions and the place is spotless and well‑kept. The staff were friendly and quick to help. The downside is a bit of street noise and the parking can only fit two cars, so it feels more like a guesthouse than a full‑blown hotel.

The only thing that saved this place was its location; everything else left me disappointed. The bed was as hard as a board, the room was dirty with spider webs on the walls, and I even suspect the night‑shift staff leaned on my car because the seat was completely reclined. If you’re just after a convenient address, fine, but for basic comfort and cleanliness I’d stay elsewhere.

Perfect spot for anyone heading to the Bras area – just a three‑minute walk to the end of Tiers Street and seven minutes to Valtier Premium. The beds were comfy, everything that’s offered works, and there’s parking on site. The front desk was great too, swapping my double‑bed room for two singles without any hassle.
