The location was amazing, surrounded by nature and perfect for fishing, BBQs, and just hanging out with family or friends.
This place was spotless and we're already looking forward to coming back.
The owner was super friendly and it was just a short walk to the train and bus.
The house had everything we needed, including heaters, plenty of hot water, and a working WiFi.

Surprisingly spacious. Good arrangement with the owner. Minor issues like a shower‑head holder, missing blinds rods, missing curtain in the bedroom, double tap in the bathroom.

For our group of cyclists it was good to know in advance that we had accommodation here. By coincidence we also made good use of the toilet and shower when the camp’s facilities broke. It was nice that it cooled down at our arrival, because the weather the previous days had been unbearable. For us, not demanding guys, a good NINE out of ten ☝️!!

I stayed at a very nice lakeside spot, the setting was great but the two smaller rooms had beds that were too narrow and short.
Equipped with several useful little things. The bedding could be nicer, more comfortable and less artificial.
The cabin in the Dutch house (M06) located on the ATC Rozkoš campsite, near Kudowa‑Zdrój. The cabin comfortably accommodates 6 people, very well equipped with all utensils, cups, pots, cutlery. A large terrace to sit with morning coffee :) The campsite has many food venues with reasonable prices for food and drinks. A light refresh of the cabin would be helpful.
