The breakfast was not what I expected; apart from a few sweets, eggs, and cheese, it wasn’t even worth calling breakfast. The staff were friendly, but given the location, the hotel is just average—don’t expect anything extraordinary in a city like Sfax.

Nothing good to mention. The décor was mediocre and broken, and a wedding party stayed until the early hours—never again.

The cleaning lady had to fix the air conditioning. Nothing else. The bill was higher than expected. The reception was barely available, too busy on the phone, and had only average language skills in French or English. Several rooms had mildew and the curtains were poorly fixed (see photos 1 and 2). No extra sheets for the duvet, which couldn’t be removed from the body, and the room was too narrow. Hygiene was severely lacking. The toilet flush was broken (my husband was injured), the soap had already been used (pH 3) so we had to bring our own. There was no Wi‑Fi on the floors, no French TV channel, and the sound insulation was poor. Breakfast wasn’t supervised, so empty plates weren’t restocked and the tables weren’t cleaned.
