The location is close to the metro, but the bathroom furniture was in poor condition, there was no shower gel, no shower exit mat, the sliding aluminium windows in the room and bathroom let in drafts, and the bedding wasn’t great.

The hotel’s spot near the metro access points and in a lively neighbourhood is great, and the staff were available and kind, yet the elevator is only reachable from the first floor and positioned in the middle of the stairs instead of on a landing.

Thanks for the fan in the room!

Location was okay. the Wi‑Fi was missing. During the heat wave, only the fan made it hard to cope.

The room was spacious, but it wasn’t cleaned because the housekeeper was sick, and no one else stepped in to fix the mishap—unacceptable, especially after paying for a fairly long stay.
