The apartment was truly perfect in every way: modern, spacious, thoughtfully furnished, and equipped with all the comforts needed to feel right at home. The cleanliness was impeccable. Its location in the Sanpolino neighbourhood is an exceptional advantage: literally a two‑step walk from the Sanpolino metro station and a very short stroll to the Gabre Gabric athletics stadium; with the metro you can reach the central station and Brescia’s historic centre in about 10 minutes, allowing easy movement without traffic worries or ZTL anxiety; the area is residential, quiet, with easy parking and nearby bars, restaurants/pizzerias, and essential services. A special thank you to the host for the warm welcome, quick communications, and full availability. A top‑level property that I recommend wholeheartedly to anyone visiting Brescia for sport, work, or leisure.
