The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, arranging transportation to Moalboal for us. The room was nice and spacious. However, the guests upstairs were noisy at 10pm, forcing us to go to bed early so we could catch the Whale Shark swim, which felt inconsiderate.

The staff were kind and arranged the whale shark tour for us. A convenience store nearby sold drinks and other items, but there were no restaurants within walking distance.

Vanessa Susada was very helpful arranging travel to the whale sharks, and Arthur was a great driver who joined us to destinations and handled logistics. We arrived around 11pm, and Vanessa was waiting and very accommodating. The shower pressure was weak, but there was a hand‑held shower and a bucket, and the tap provided hot water, so it didn’t matter.
