Lucia was very helpful, the place was clean and conveniently located. I should say it wasn’t the host’s fault entirely, but we had shower problems from day one, and the bathroom drainage was an issue. I was also annoyed that she entered the room without permission for maintenance; I would have preferred a heads‑up so I could move my important stuff.

The room was clean and tastefully furnished. Check‑in was on time and friendly. Good transport links via bus. The area has nearby services (bar, restaurants, supermarket).

The location was great and the place was clean, but the remote controls were explained too much and key reception was limited – I had to call four times and wait outside for 15 minutes to get a response. The Wi‑Fi password and other important details were missing, and the shower gel box was empty.

We loved the room and the accommodation was on a safe street with many bus stops around it; Lucia was great and sent us a good set of recommendations.

The bed was wide and the air‑conditioning worked well, and the hotel was close to shops and cafés. However, the name Luxury Rome Guest doesn’t match the level of luxury; the room is full of trinkets which isn’t a sign of luxury. It lacks a coffee machine, uses low‑quality plastic cups instead of glasses, and the tiny fridge is already old. On the bright side, the bed is huge and comfortable, there’s air‑conditioning, Wi‑Fi, and a large smart TV.
