Fantastic location right above Agate Beach and close to downtown Newport
The view from my room was amazing
The rooms were super clean

“Really enjoyed the location - we will be back”
Great location and the hotel is dog-friendly.
The place was charming and spotlessly clean, giving a score of 9.0/10.
I was a bit disappointed with my stay at this hotel, as there was no breakfast provided. We ended up making our own breakfasts, which wasn't ideal. On the other hand, the hotel did have a great location and the staff were friendly.
“Agate Beach motel”
The motel room had direct beach access, was fully furnished with extra blankets, coffee, dishes, etc., and was very dog-friendly. However, for the size of the room it felt a bit overpriced per night, and I wish they had kept the fire pit open nightly as advertised.
