Air the rooms; they stink. Use proper fitted sheets on the bed, maybe starch them; they’re super stiff. The bathroom was tiny, so you can sit on the toilet and wash your hands at the same time with no room to move. The chair was stained, the shampoo hadn’t been replaced from previous guests and was half full. Staff weren’t very friendly. When booking, the dates were changed to the following night instead of that night, and canceling was a pain in the butt process. Another couple there had the same problem. The location was out of the way, a distance off the interstate.

The room smelled stuffy as if it had not been aired in a long time, and it was overpriced for what it offers.

The spot is in a sweet location, close to everything but not smack‑in‑the‑middle. The housekeeping crew were very friendly, and my room was clean and fairly comfy. The motel itself feels old and a bit run‑down; it really needs a makeover. The grounds are tidy and easy to find, and the AC did its job.
