The domain is lovely with a beautiful house and a nice garden. The pool and garden are shared with just one other family and everything is well maintained. The house is practical, nicely furnished, and has a good air‑conditioning system. It’s close to the village and a few minutes’ drive to the supermarkets, and a 30‑minute to 1‑hour drive to sights such as Firenze, Pisa, and San Gimignano. Manuela is very friendly and helpful whenever you need something. The double bed’s mattress isn’t very good, and there were a lot of mosquitoes outside—even during the day—which, unfortunately, cannot be helped.

“Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer sehr tollen Unterkunft.”

The accommodation consists of two holiday apartments with a large pool and a smaller whirlpool/play pool. The garden is spacious and well cared for, and there’s a table‑tennis table, a foosball table, a swing, and a slide. It’s very idyllic. Each apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living kitchen, and the terrace is covered for protection. Lounge furniture is available on the terrace. We took advantage of the proximity to Florence, which is about 30 minutes away. The only drawback was that there was a bit of limited storage space in the bathrooms.

Die Unterkunft umfasst zwei Ferienwohnungen mit einem großen Pool und einem kleineren Whirlpool/Planschbecken. Der Garten ist groß uns sehr gepflegt. Es gibt eine Tischtennisplatte, einen Fußball-Kicker, Schauckel und eine Rutsche. Sie liegt sehr idyllisch. Die Wohnung umfasst zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder, sowie eine Wohnküche. Die Terrasse ist überdacht und somit geschützt. Es gibt zu den Essmöbeln auch Loungemöbel auf der Terrasse. Die Nähe zu Florenz (etwa 30 Min.) haben wir ausgenutzt. Es war etwas wenig Ablagefläche in den Bädern vorhanden

“Très bel emplacement et très beau logis”

The location is very nice, quiet, and well maintained. The pools are truly pleasant, and the lodging is very comfortable, large, and well equipped. A guide on how to use the air conditioning would be welcome, but otherwise everything is perfect—nothing to add!
