The view from the room was breathtaking and the hospitality was top‑tier; the staff were incredibly friendly and the food amazing. A special shout‑out to the chef and service team, who personally visited every table to make sure everything was to our liking and recommended fantastic buffet specials. Their attention to detail and care made our stay truly special. We will definitely return. The last 1 km drive to the property is a minor inconvenience but not a deal‑breaker.

We stayed in the bungalow, which was elegant, beautifully maintained, and of a very high standard. The food was exceptional, with an impressive menu served in the villa. The staff were extremely attentive and committed, especially Krishna, whose hospitality was outstanding; he even politely refused a tip, saying that taking care of us was simply his job—a gesture that truly reflected his sincerity. The villa is some distance from the main resort, so it doesn’t feel like a typical resort stay, but we didn’t miss much, as the main resort itself had limited facilities and did not look quite as impressive as in the photographs. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, made particularly memorable by the beautiful bungalow, exceptional food, and excellent hospitality.

The location was good and the staff were very polite, but walking around was tough because of the slopes, so I had to rely on a vehicle to get around the property.

The hotel is rated 5 stars, yet the breakfast doesn’t even reach 3‑star standards; the only bright spot was Chef Radish, who went out of his way to satisfy guests. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the cabins have poor service: Wi‑Fi keeps cutting out, likely due to rain, and the electricity is unreliable. The bathroom is more like a flat or a regular hotel room than a 5‑star suite, with a broken toilet lid and a sink that moves on the counter. A major downside is that there’s no machine to swipe a Visa or MasterCard, and they don’t accept dollars, which left me and other Gulf or Arab guests in a tough spot. The location is fantastic, but you’ll have to sacrifice bathroom comfort and accept Indian breakfast; if Chef Radish stays, you can ask him for Arabic bread or kabobs.

The location, infrastructure, and spaciousness were solid, but constant load shedding forced a switch to the generator, and the router and TV kept restarting. Internet was extremely poor, plumbing needed attention, and the dining area suffered from waterlogging.
