I had an extremely disappointing stay at this resort, which fell far short of my expectations. The service, facilities, and overall management were subpar. The payment process was frustrating, as they added extra charges for using credit cards, which I found unprofessional. The check-in experience was also marred by a lack of assistance with luggage, and the room wasn't ready on time.

This hotel was a perfect fit for our Safari adventure in Jim Corbett. The spacious rooms were big and clean, and the staff were wonderful, helping us with everything we needed.
