The hotel offers good value for money, ideal for a short stay or a busy day of activities. It’s very close to the Great Palace and the area with restaurants and shops. The room was pretty, with a spacious and clean bathroom, comfortable bed, and well‑equipped facilities. The staff were very friendly, open to recommendations, and always cheerful. The reception operates 24/7. The pool is useless, always shaded, and it would have been nice to have more vegetation in the garden. Noise from outside can be heard depending on the room’s location.

“Uncomfortable stay: poor cleanliness, little privacy and hardly any sleep”

The pool and the location were fine, but the room’s cleanliness was a major problem. The bed sheets were stained, so we asked for new ones, yet the replacements still had brownish‑yellow stains. The mattress was uncomfortable and visibly dirty. The staff seemed friendly but kept asking questions and frequently approached us about extra services; at one point they even asked if we were in our room. We felt constantly monitored. One evening we left the hotel and later received a check‑out message because the staff apparently didn’t see us return, which made us feel watched. Additionally, a neighbour made extremely loud noise each morning starting around 4 am, leaving us with little sleep. Overall, we felt uncomfortable throughout our stay, with a lack of cleanliness, poor sleep, and an intrusive sense of surveillance, leaving us with little privacy or freedom.

“Superb !”

The staff were very helpful, the location was great, and the room was comfortable—10/10 for value. The only issue was the Wi‑Fi, which didn’t work well during my four days.
