The staff were very polite and always smiling, and communication with guests was good; the place was clean inside and out. If we get another chance to visit Baguio, we’ll return to this spot.

The location is exceptional, within walking distance of Burnham Park, Good Taste Resto, Igorot Park, Public Market/Pasalubong Market, Night Market, Baguio Cathedral, and many fast‑food chains like Jabee, McDo, and Inasal, plus plenty of restaurants; if you’re industrious you can even walk to SM Baguio. Even after a late night, the area feels safe. I’d still choose Visita Highland for a future trip to Baguio, and the room I rented comfortably fits two people. The only downside was that the receptionist wasn’t there on my last day; I waited about 10 minutes, tried calling the lobby numbers, and finally someone answered.

I love the energy of the place—staff are friendly and accommodating, and it’s the kind of spot I’ll definitely return to.

The location is good, but the room is uncomfortable and tiny for four guests, offers no space for luggage, has no window, and the price doesn’t justify it.

Pros: Good location, walk to city center, clean, good value for money, good water pressure. Cons: Thin blankets, Baguio can get quite cold at night, and we were on the first floor so the balcony view was mediocre.
