The cool AI machine at check‑in is already available for future guests.
“Do NOT STAY HERE !!!!”
The location was good, but the TV didn’t work, check‑in was over a TV screen with no real staff, there was a shortage of towels, the area was very noisy, and the building’s exterior was falling apart… I will never stay here again.
“Run do not stay!”
Nothing positive, but the floor was very dirty and the room was broken down; the staff did nothing to clean or fix the room while we were there, and the internet connection was terrible, constantly disconnecting and dropping as you moved around the room.
“Fixing what's not broken”
The location and price were good, but the kiosk system feels like the most impersonal, un‑American offensive idiocy; anyone could imagine that in the United States we have a host at check‑in, not AI or a long‑distance screen. It’s a person you look at… also, it seems to be owned by foreigners, not Americans.
“It was ok”
I didn’t like the automated desk clerk, and the automation itself was a problem.
