I absolutely loved the stay, the staff quality, the beach location, and the rooms; everything was available at the hotel and they welcomed us warmly for our anniversary. Knowing that Spanish isn’t a common language for them, they were patient and offered a chat line for Spanish‑speaking assistance when needed. Everything was perfect.

The property was charming and spacious, with plenty of activities and a great selection of restaurants and buffet. I appreciated the app that let me see what was happening on the property and order room service. There were many birds around, but that’s just part of nature.

The food was decent, and the buffet offered a wide variety of options. However, there was no entertainment and very few activities at the resort, making it unsuitable for longer stays as guests can get bored quickly. I had messaged the hotel beforehand to let them know I was celebrating my birthday, but they never acknowledged the message or arranged anything for me, which was disappointing.
