“Very good stay”
I work as a contractor, and the tower hotel was spot‑on for my location; everyone was warm and welcoming, so I’ll return. It ticked all the boxes.
“Bad, horrible!”
Nothing to say positively. I had my phone and room keys stolen; the staff showed no grasp of client service or safety, didn’t care about the robbery, and didn’t understand guests’ requests. I absolutely do not recommend it. The place was filthy, full of smokers inside where they shouldn’t be, and overall a huge disappointment.
The location and staff were fine. The room was smelly and dirty.
The property was lovely.

Parking and the location were convenient for work. Everything else was awful: the building was dirty, there was no hot water or heating at night, it smelled of smoke and dampness, my room had mold and wasn’t cleaned. I had to find another place for a work meeting and it was terrible; I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying there. It needs a serious makeover and a review of environmental health. Waste of money.
