We booked a campsite that turned out to be a total scam. Our guide and local Bedouins had no idea where it was, and the owners didn't even bother to respond to our messages or calls. We had to find another campsite at the visitor center, which cost us a lot more. Apparently, it's not the first time this has happened, with a few fake campsites popping up in the area.
