“Poor value for the money not worth the trip.”
The park was shut early, and the staff didn’t know the hours or how to help with tickets. There weren’t many indoor options when the weather was bad.

Convenient to be able to walk right to the park. Room was clean. 1. When we arrived the pool was closed for “unexpected, planned maintenance”. Rather than closing the pool earlier in the day on Sunday, they closed it at the time of check in on Sunday. My kids arrived in their bathing suits and we were prepared to head straight to the pool. Without the pool, there was nothing to do. The entertainment was majorly lackluster. Good for under age 3, if that. I would not have paid 600$+ to have no pool. The “playground” in the lobby was very boring for my 4 & 7 year olds. Single level structure with nothing really to do. 2. Despite the hotel being relatively new, it’s really showing signs of wear. Peeling decals. Worn furniture. 3. Arcade is small and a rip off. 4. Breakfast was ok, but they are not allergen friendly. Despite sending the manager to us to talk to us about my son’s allergies, they really don’t offer much that is egg free. A lot of up charges for things that should really just be a part of continental breakfast (fresh fruit, maybe a muffin would be nice). 5. When booking they told us that parking was not included, but if booked through the Lego website it would have been

The kids had a blast no matter what, as long as they were with the family, but the hotel itself feels old‑fashioned and our room was stuck on the far floor. Nobody came to clean until 4‑5 pm, so I had to grab towels myself. The restaurant food was mediocre, and the only nearby spot was a pizza place at Legoland that didn’t offer boxes for leftovers; when I asked for foil, they said no. Prices were outrageous, and for that money the overall experience could have been far better. There was supposed to be some entertainment during the pajama party, yet instead 100 screaming kids ran around like lunatics.

Everything else was fine—staff were great, the room was clean, and the dance‑party elevators and room scavenger hunt added a nice touch; the castle in the main lobby was clutch. Breakfast was a letdown: we had reservations but still waited 45 min from the moment we were seated (we ordered with the first person who came to take our order) to receive our food. Many basic items cost extra, and there was no blow dryer in our room even though it had been advertised as having one.

The atmosphere was fun, and I have no complaints.
