The power outlets were not very good, there was a night lamp on the table but no outlet to plug in, the worst part was that the owner had already taken money, but a neighbour helped us with practical things; I only got a reply at 20:00 after trying to contact from 10:00, and the new key code they gave me didn’t work.

The location was close to the city and the bathroom was fine, but for two nights we only received one towel per person and one roll of toilet paper; after a lot of back‑and‑forth messaging we finally got an extra towel and two rolls of toilet paper, but we had to pay 10 € for them; breakfast consisted of four pre‑packed croissants, two pre‑packed biscuits, one bottle of milk and cornflakes, and one bottle of fruit juice for October over two days; in the kitchen above the cabinets there were large windows with translucent blinds so the residents of that apartment could see into our kitchen, which felt uncomfortable; the parking spot was hard to find, there was a free spot 10 minutes away, but the pavement was in bad condition and there was no supervision.

The place was great! The location is fantastic. The apartment has its own charm, just like the city of Verona.

The location was good, but there was no air conditioning, so the rooms stayed at 30 °C even at night. The apartment sits on the roof, and the landlady turned off the AC because the electrical lines couldn't handle it. She was also rude. The breakfast croissant was not what I expected from Italy, the land of good food.
