The kitchen was well equipped and the décor was stylish, and the place was quiet, but the accommodation felt cramped, there were too few sockets in the kitchen, and the shower flooded the entire bathroom.

The location was great and very quiet, yet there was a shortage of toilet paper, a swarm of ants, and when I looked more closely, especially in the corners, it was a bit dirty.

The house was large enough for six people and there were plenty of activities nearby, but one room was a bit too small for six adults.

The bungalow’s setting in nature and the fireplace were nice, but the service was disappointing: I hung on the reception’s hold line eight times to request towels that were booked but forgotten, and the towels were then thrown on the floor behind the door. The mattresses were sagging and uncomfortable. Every activity had to be paid for separately and booked in advance, which isn’t suitable for people who just want to do something spontaneous. Overall, the stay was mediocre for a lot of money.

The leisure options were great, the scenery was beautiful, and the bathing area was well maintained, but the bungalow was dirty, the arrival day was used for a basic cleaning and disinfection—especially the floors (still had the previous tenant’s stuff under the beds), the toilets (strong urine smell around the WC), and the dishes were sticky with food residue. The included final cleaning was a joke, VIP equipment was only in one bathroom, the sauna’s IR lamp was broken (only heating), the laundry package was very stained, and we would never use it again.
