The staff were very helpful and friendly, but the website advertised two beds for three adults and I only got a single bed; they did give me an extra mattress, which triggered an allergy for me. The biggest annoyance was the fan in room 103, which whirred loudly while turning and was incredibly irritating. When I pressed the 9 button for tea or coffee, there was nothing—no lemon tea or coffee available.

I had a pleasant experience at this hotel, but I was a bit disappointed with the evening event they had planned. Although it didn't quite live up to my expectations, the rest of my stay was enjoyable.
