We found the place perfect for a larger group, with five separate rooms each having their own bathroom. The kitchen and dining area were spacious, and the terrace outside was lovely for barbecues and evenings together. The city center is nearby—about a half‑hour walk downhill or a Bolt ride for roughly 3‑4 €—so a car isn’t necessary in Tbilisi. The owners, Veronika and Zak, were very friendly and ready to help with any request. A few minor issues came up, but Veronika resolved them immediately when we asked.

I couldn't stop thinking about this place – it feels like a second home far from home. The apartment was huge, roomy, and incredibly cozy, perfect for a large family or a group. Every room had its own shower and toilet, which was a huge convenience. The separate kitchen and the massive living area were where we all gathered, chatted, and enjoyed Georgian evenings. The location and the stunning city view were worth mentioning, and the courtyard was amazing – a barbecue spot and a snug grape arbor 🍇🌿 that made relaxing and enjoying the vibe effortless. But what truly made our stay special was the host. She was so kind, responsive, and attentive, always nearby, always in touch, and ready to help with any request, no matter how small. Her care made us feel less like guests and more like close friends who were genuinely welcomed and cared for. We came to Georgia as tourists and left feeling like we had taken a piece of our hearts with us. We fell in love with this beautiful country and will definitely return more than once. And of course, if we’re back in Georgia, we’ll choose these apartments again. Thank you so much for the warmth, care, hospitality, and soulfulness! Thanks for giving us not just a comfortable stay but wonderful memories that we’ll keep for a long time. See you again! We’ll definitely come back! ❤️🇬🇪

The place was gorgeous, stylish, and impeccably clean – absolutely recommendable! ❤️ What really impressed us was the warm hospitality from the owner and her family. They were incredibly attentive, helpful, and affectionate. When our taxi didn’t show up, they even personally drove us to the bus station. We felt right at home. Thank you for everything! When I’m back in Georgia, I’ll gladly return. ❤️

The hosts are wonderful – kind, responsive. The location is excellent, the rooms are huge and clean, and the price is fair. I recommend it to everyone! No negatives.

The house is huge and beautiful, the host is fantastic and very welcoming, the stay was great, the location is good, the view from the window is excellent, especially at night 😊 everything was liked, we recommend it.
