The location was great, the place was clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable, yet the staff called every morning to urge me to have breakfast, even though breakfast ended at 9:30 and there was no need for calls at 8:45.

I paid ₹7560/- for one room per night, which was exorbitant given the overall facilities, location, property class, breakfast spread, space, amenities, and comfort were not in line with the tariff; there was no space even for parking the car, so I had to leave it on the road all night; the food quality was poor; apart from the staff’s behavior, nothing was good; the room was dirty, the bathroom amenities were the worst, it smelled bad; there was no mosquito repellent, no AC remote, and it was very uncomfortable. Nothing was likable, the food and room quality were bad, the location was terrible, no parking space, and everything was worse than the room tariff; even a Taj hotel in a tier‑2/3 location doesn’t charge ₹7560/-.
