The room was clean and well‑designed (room 8). Everything was an upsell and the lunch food at the restaurant could have been better, but the atmosphere was excellent.

The location was great, the staff very friendly, the food excellent, and in the evenings we had a campfire right on the water.

“Family week end getaway to PEC.”

The hotel is centrally located. The restaurant service was awful; the staff seemed untrained and the food was average compared to the amazing dinners and lunches we had elsewhere that weekend. The Drake restaurant was disappointing. The view was great, but the food was the worst. We stayed in room 12 of building 45, and we were underwhelmed by the $1125 per night price. The bed was comfortable, but the glass wall separating the shower from the rest of the room was uncomfortable for us and the kids. It seemed more suited for swingers, not for us. Smart glass with an electric switch or simple curtains should be installed to give guests a privacy option. The window in the shower had no curtain, so sunlight entered the room early in the morning and kept us awake longer than we wanted; a curtain should be installed.

“Horrible”

There was nothing positive. We had to sleep in a parking lot that cost $1000 per night with a 1960 air‑conditioning unit that prevented us from sleeping all night, and the managers did not follow up.

“Perfekter Aufenthalt am Lake Ontario”

Location is spot on, rooms are gorgeous, cocktails are top‑notch. Everything felt polished and comfortable. I left feeling relaxed and happy.
