“I don’t understand how the rating of this Resort can be this high, it clearly does not hold what it promises”

It was absolutely not worth the money. There was nothing really good about it, the reception was looking nice and cool but that’s it… Food was horrible I tried everything and every single bite was disgusting

The food was excellent, and the staff in the restaurant were all very hard working and professional. The elevator near our room was broken and looked like it had been broken for a long time

The plaza was nice and the room was spacious, but the older equipment and the various outlets, devices, and air‑conditioning units should be replaced or the place renovated.

I could walk straight onto the beach, the hotel accepted arrivals 24/7 and let me check out as late as 12 pm, the buffet offered plenty of vegetables and the surroundings were natural. Still, at a four‑star hotel I expected no oversights, like a leftover hole after installing the AC, dirt in the corridors (probably because they’re open) and noise from the second block’s nightly parties until 23 h, followed by a bar that also made noise until midnight. The pools were colder than usual.
