The hotel was nice and well‑located for visiting Tirana. However, it lacked small details such as bedside lamps and the bathroom mirror was really low.

“Would stay again!”

I aways do my diligence picking up more information from reviews rather than what each property says about themselves. I was in Tirana for 4 nights and read nothing but praise for Faces & Places and I can now add to it. Every single employee was excellent, went out of their way to make sure guests were taken care of. Every request taken care of like the best and closest place to do laundry, allowing me to check in early and check out late., and sending good personalized information on WhatsApp The cleaning folks were top notch, the manager of the kitchen, awesome. I would without hesitation stay here again and would recommend you do as well. Now if there is a down side, the bottom units (of which I was in) faced into a small courtyard, Natural light but no direct sunlight. Easy fix, just request a second-floor room. nothing really

Highly recommended – we’ll definitely come back! We had a lovely stay, especially because the receptionist handled a last‑minute early arrival when no reservation existed for that day, quickly arranging an extra room. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, with air conditioning, a private bathroom, plenty of storage, and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was small but very fine and sufficient. The central location is a big plus – most places in Tirana are within walking distance. We also liked the in‑room tips and QR code that let us ask questions and get recommendations, which helped plan our visit to Tirana. Security was good: access to areas was code‑protected and cameras were present. Overall, absolutely recommended. If I ever go back to Tirana, I’ll definitely stay here again.

The place is really stylish, the location is excellent, breakfast is great, and the staff are fantastic and helpful. Nothing was wrong – everything was good.

The hotel is very well‑located and quiet. The staff, from the front desk to the breakfast person, are attentive. I found the room a bit small for my taste.
