We found cockroaches in our room and the carpet was damp and smelly.

It was only two blocks from why we were there, and right in the middle of everything, but in August the lack of A/C made it very uncomfortable; the front desk could only offer a small fan. The room was in a little bad shape, but that’s what you get for the price.

It was great that you could walk to Simmons Arena, so convenient that I’ll give this place another chance. My sheets had some kind of crumbs on them; I brushed them off, but it was weird.
