Check‑in was straightforward, the staff were friendly and helpful, the air‑con worked well and the balcony was nice, and the location by the river was great. However, the room was dirty, had a bad smell (they had sprayed a “after‑treatment” fragrance just before I arrived), water pressure in the shower and toilet was almost non‑existent, there were stains on the sheets, the furnishings were very Spartan, and the photos in the ads were outdated.
