The hotel was great overall and right near everything I had to visit, and after the upgrade my room had all the amenities I needed. However, the custom service fell short: the night shift had only one staff member who was noticeably rude and made my stay uncomfortable. When I went downstairs to ask for help after a room inspection revealed a missing housekeeping visit and a flat sheet, he refused to let me pay for the room and I couldn’t get confirmation online. I had to move to another hotel the next day for work, which was a major inconvenience.
