The building feels a bit old in its furnishings but it’s welcoming, clean, and centrally located with free parking in town; there’s no air conditioning, yet the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The only downside is the outdated furniture.

The family‑run place was very helpful, and for the price you can’t expect much better; we started with one night and added two more, enjoying the balcony and strong shower pressure—something we don’t usually get, so next time we’re back in Termal we’ll stay here again. The hosts were very accommodating, though the room lacked AC; the host did give us a fan.

The location is the only good thing. The owner is completely uncooperative; we booked a room for the three of us and paid in advance, but our older sister arrived first and was denied a key because she claimed she needed to clean, then other guests were given keys right away. When we finally arrived, we had to wait over 40 minutes for a key and were split into two rooms—though the owner didn’t charge extra, the basement room was hard to reach and the other was on the ground floor, so we had to bring a mattress from the lower room. If you’re staying more than a day or two, you’ll find a slightly pricier hotel better, as this place has no fan and you can hear noises from neighboring rooms.

For a one‑night layover it’s fine. It’s located near shops, terraces, in a very good area. The bathroom needs a little attention.
