I had no positives. The staff were very unprofessional. I booked a balcony room, but after arrival the receptionist said the balcony room was unavailable. The balcony room that was available had an AC problem and didn’t cool properly; in fact the AC wasn’t working at all.

Everything was just perfect, and we enjoyed our stay there. The room was clean, hygienic, and well maintained. I’m looking forward to staying there again in the future.
