“Good value for money and quality property”

Very clean. Comfortable. Great breakfast. Polite and helpful staff. Quiet despite being next to I-35. Self-contained facilities excellent for longer stays. Due to San Antonio’s massively disruptive highway infrastructure work along the I-35 and 1604, it was difficult to access the property on the I-35 frontage road. This is no fault of the property and the city are woefully poor about notifications of closures. Advise using WAZE app to navigate and to be aware of surprise road closures EVERYWHERE along the highways between 9pm and 5am

Spacious rooms and the pool area was really nice. There was a blinking strobe light from what I think was the fire alarm which was blinking all night. Ruined my sleep.

“Perfect stay”

I was pleased to find that the hotel was clean and well maintained during my stay. However, I was a bit let down that there was no hot tub available - I was really looking forward to relaxing in it. Despite this, the hotel's cleanliness made up for it to some extent.

“It was horrible”

I had a terrible experience at this hotel and to make matters worse, I've been trying to get in touch with their customer service team for a while now, but haven't received any response. The staff were extremely rude and unfriendly, which didn't help. I was charged twice for my stay, which totaled $400, and I'm still waiting to hear back about it. Overall, my stay was a disaster.

“It was close to everything and super clean with the friendliest staff ever!”

I was impressed with how clean and well-equipped the hotel was - it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's amenities and cleanliness really made my stay enjoyable.
