The hotel was beautiful, the staff were lovely, spoke good English, and were very helpful. Breakfast was nice and the location was good, so I really enjoyed my stay. Some shampoo would have been nice. The floor was a little dirty but didn't bother me much. It's Indonesia, so there are some bugs, but that's not the fault of the hotel.

The caretaker was friendly, the place was clean, but the TV had some interference. Everything else was the best 👍.

Nothing, we didn't even stay to sleep or risk paying a penalty. The room was a mess. Spider webs with spiders covered all the walls; full of mosquitoes; a lizard and other dead insects under the bed. Taking a shower was impossible because the water dispenser detached, there was no hot water, there were hairs between a rusty basket and the floor; all of this was worsened by the ABSENCE of hygienic conditions. The towel, still wet, had holes of wear as big as a hand. No bedding, except a sheet with (hopefully only) moisture stains. Receptionists didn't speak a word of English and while we tried to understand each other, water started falling from the hallway ceiling (not raining!). We decided to leave immediately, finding ourselves unexpectedly without accommodation for the night! NEVER AGAIN!!!

It’s a very nice and cozy place. The design is well thought out and the rooms look very cozy because of it. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There were some leaking pipes in the bathroom that could be repaired.
