Vista/ localização. Durante o horário previsto de check-in tive dificuldades em entrar no edifício e não havia ninguém para me ajudar, ninguém atendeu nem responderam ao WhatsApp enviados. Na primeira noite estava outra pessoa a dormir no meu quarto. Já passaram 5 dias e não recebi nenhum contacto ou explicação, não recomendo

The only thing I liked was the location and the cleaning staff. The suite was very clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly. I didn’t like the way the manager handled things; they didn’t answer messages in the booking chat, didn’t send arrival information, and when we arrived we had to wait a long time for the cleaning lady to open the door, even though she had told us we could leave our luggage earlier. The building’s lights were not working, no solutions were offered, and the host was very unpleasant. The phone number listed in the details didn’t answer, so we had to find another one through the company that previously managed the property.

Great shower and great apartment layout! Close to the centre and ferry to Troia! The ceiling fan was quite noisy and didn’t really cool the room.

The room itself was fine, but the bed and pillows were uncomfortable and caused neck and back pain. Communication was zero; I never received instructions on how to enter the property, even after writing to the host via Booking beforehand. When I arrived, neither the phone nor the WhatsApp number listed on the door answered. I had to wait over an hour in the heat outside. A couple of residents from the building let me in, and thanks to them I found someone who handed me the room key without any explanation. I had planned to work remotely, but the Wi‑Fi was non‑functional and I got no help when I asked. Inside the room where I was given the key, I could hear people, but when I knocked the silence was absolute and the door wouldn’t open. I ultimately decided to leave early—very disappointing experience, though the location is great.
