The rooms sat in a prime spot on the western strip, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and breakfast was delicious—connected to Bean Crazy, so you could pick a made‑to‑order menu. I just wish the breakfast hours were a bit longer; I missed one morning because of a scheduled excursion, and it would be nice if they added a few hooks inside the room for extra hanging space.

The hotel sits in a fantastic spot right in the heart of West End, just a few steps from the water, and everything you could want—beach, diving, restaurants, little shops, and the vibrant energy of West End—is within walking distance. After long days in the ocean, it was great to walk back, shower, relax, and feel completely at home. The rooms and apartments are clean, comfortable, colorful, and thoughtfully set up, and the attention to detail really makes a difference. What really stood out was the people: the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel more than just another guest. And the breakfast and coffee at Bean Crazy were such a wonderful bonus—starting the morning with a great breakfast and coffee before heading out for another day of diving and exploring became one of my favorite parts of the stay.

The location is ideal, the room we received was well designed and cozy, breakfasts are delicious and the staff is very attentive.
