THE HOTEL DOESN'T EXIST! IT'S SCAMMERS! A fake profile was set up to collect money. There is no hotel at the listed address, the phone doesn't answer, and after booking and paying in full they sent a message saying they couldn't accommodate us. They asked us to cancel, but the full prepayment is non‑refundable. I've sent a refund request to support.

Nothing good, because I was charged for a stay I never had. Despite sending a message through BOOKING to both the property and the platform, I got no reply. I was charged at booking, then the hotel told me they were unavailable, so I asked both the hotel and BOOKING for a refund, but neither responded or returned the money.
