Breakfast was good. Lots of choice and ample serving. Location very convenient to town centre. The internal decoration was a bit tired, although very clean.

Excellent hosts and a friendly relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast outstanding. The 4 pm check‑in was a bit late.

Ness and Phil are the perfect hosts. The welcome is warm, the room was very comfortable and the wide choice of breakfasts are delicious. We'll be going back. Ten out of ten. We just wish we had stayed longer!
