I was disappointed that the room had been cancelled without any notice; I arrived at 11.30pm and found no accommodation, and the staff offered no help until I threatened to call the police for an immediate refund, though the location was close to the airport.

The staff Kiran Kumar, Rosi, Priya, and Anisha were very professional and accommodating with all requests. The only down fall is they have a set menu for breakfast and my request could not be accommodated.

The hotel was not worth the money. The bathroom was dirty, and the room’s cleanliness and service did not match the value we expected. The bar in the room felt like a money‑luring scheme.

The room space was nice and customer service was good overall and for the girl at breakfast. Construction work in front of hotel and road leading to the hotel. Issue with the card machine whereby 4 cards declined even though same card worked on atm
