The hotel sits just a stone’s throw from the bus terminal and the city centre, and we were able to leave our luggage there on the night we headed to Acatenango. Breakfast was included, tasty, and they even prepared it at the time we requested. The bed was comfortable, though there’s only one bathroom for all the rooms, which wasn’t a problem for us because there weren’t many guests, but it could become an issue during busier periods.

The service from the moment I entered the hotel was excellent, but I wish there were more ways to contact the residence.

Honestly, this place covers everything you need to rest and explore the old town; everything is close to Santa Catalina’s arch, restaurants, and the breakfast the hotel serves is 10/10—delicious and the kitchen staff are very attentive. I liked that the bathroom had hot water. A group of 25 of us stayed here and we were all satisfied with the staff’s support; we would definitely return and recommend it 100%.

Lo cerca que me quedó. Que den solo 2 panes de francés, sería bueno que dieran 3 o le pregunten a los clientes si quieren o no porque hay personas que no se lo comen y lo dejan ahí desperdiciado mientras que otros quisiéramos 1 o 2 panes más
