Matterhorn view from our room was worth every cent
breakfast was top‑notch.
The location was spot‑on for hopping on the gondolas with our bikes to Furi and Schwarzsee.
staff were friendly and helpful.

“ビューも朝ごはんも内装もスタッフも最高”
The location is unbeatable—better views of the Matterhorn than from Japan Bridge. I recommend the room with the Matterhorn view. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from the station, so you’ll need to be ready to walk.

Location excellent, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast adequate. Although fans were available they are not the same as AC
“Super entspanntes Wochenende”
The location is great, the view of the Matterhorn is beautiful, and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. It’s a little dated, but still more than enough.
“Cozy stay with good value for money”
Front‑office lady Robin was amazing, quick and super friendly. The spa was included in the room rate, and the staff let us use common areas for our own wine and food, which really added value. On the flip side, the bed creaked every time I shifted, the lighting in the room wasn’t ideal, and the steam room could have been hotter.
