“Do not recommend.”
The staff found us a room even though our reservation had been deleted. I paid too much for what I got.

Nothing was suitable for staying. It was dirty, the whole hotel reeked of sewage, the place had just been bought out and was being renovated unprofessionally, our reservation wasn’t even saved with them even though you let me make it, our room was not fit to be stayed in, the toilet did not work and had months‑old feces in it with mold growing on it, there was a bullet on the window sill, the AC did not work, there was paint messily on everything from the TV to the beds from a poor paint job, the shower was filthy, the bathroom door didn’t have a door knob, it was the most atrocious attempt at a hotel and we had to leave and seek other options.

I liked that it had walls, I suppose. The rude staff. The fact that everything that was advertised is a lie. The place is absolutely disgusting. Looked nothing like what was advertised. And I still paid full price even though commodities that were advertised were not available to me. I cannot give a more negative review of this place and its staff. First of all, I get there at 10am after I’ve driven for 2.5 hours after a 12 hour shift at work. Check‑in was stated as 3am‑12pm. I even put in a request to let the place know that I’d be there by 10am and I got an email back stating that the hotel accepted this. So, I get there and this dude is so rude. I tell him my name and that I believe I had a reservation here, but the name outside on the sign is different than what says. He said, “nope. You’re not at the right place and we don’t allow check‑in until 3pm” then he asks to see my phone because he is just perplexed that any hotel would allow check‑in at the time said it was. So, I leave and GPS brings me right back to this place. I go back in and am basically begging this guy to look up my name. He finally rudely does and says, “Oh, yea, you have a reservation here. If you booked it a long time ago our name is different than when you booked,” So I don’t understand why he acted like I was stupid and at the wrong place when they had a whole name change!! I had booked a month and a half prior to my visit. So, even though I was at the right place and he saw with his own eyes that advertised that check‑in was between 3am and 12pm, they wouldn’t let me check in until 3pm unless I paid them more money. I was awake for 24 hours before I ever got in a room. The whole building is disgusting. I sat on a couch that smelled like vomit while I waited to be talked to. The lobby area itself smelled like mold and mildew.

The bed and room were fine. No free breakfast, and it took over an hour to get me a room.
