When I checked into the hotel, the room was very dirty and clearly had not been cleaned after the previous guests; the staff seemed unaware that they were giving guests dirty, used rooms; the hotel is located in a very unpleasant area, with people who appeared to be drug users hanging around outside; the parking lot is also very far away, which made me feel even more unsafe; I would not recommend this hotel to anyone; as soon as I entered the room, I decided to check out immediately, even though I had already paid; I did not feel safe staying there, so I had to find another hotel; this was a terrible experience, and I strongly advise others not to stay here.

The staff were friendly and the location was great, but the place felt a bit run down and the street noise was overwhelming—sirens, homeless people, and drunk arguments were audible from my room.

The price and location were good, but the hotel was very small and the rooms were shared. There was no elevator on all floors, and I found an insect in my room, so the cleanliness was lacking.

“Do NOT Book”

Nothing positive. The hotel was a disaster; the photos didn’t match reality. I have much more to add. The property should be reconsidered for listing in its current state. I felt unsafe, especially at night, because the area was dangerous. The building looked nothing like the pictures and was extremely run‑down and dirty, so the online listing was misleading. Security was a serious issue: the entry passcode I received didn’t work because it had been changed without notification, and I couldn’t lock my room door from the inside, which made me feel very unsafe. When I tried to check out the next morning, the front‑desk staff was sleeping and offered no help. Street noise was loud all night, ruining sleep. Overall, it was an extremely unpleasant stay. The property needs major renovations, better cleaning, and improved security before it can be offered to travelers. I have photos of the actual condition and would gladly share them. I strongly urge you to investigate the property, compare its current state with the listing photos and description, and explain what actions will be taken regarding my concerns, especially the inability to lock the room securely from inside.
