The location was superb, in a quiet corner of Lake Amara within walking distance of everything. The swimming pool was beautiful with views across the lake. Our bathroom was mouldy and needed maintenance; it feels like the cleaning and upkeep of the rooms has been neglected.

Nothing positive. I was very disappointed. An event (a wedding) took place in the establishment without any prior notice, which made it impossible to go to the restaurant and caused me to fall asleep before 5 am. The lake surroundings were awful. For €75, I expected much better. Before booking, make sure there are no scheduled events or simply book elsewhere.

The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help, especially when I arrived in the middle of the night, which made the whole experience great. I’m very satisfied! The place was perfect for a personal retreat, giving me time to relax and enjoy the quiet. I found everything I needed, and the area was still calm with few people around. The natural surroundings, the pools, the beautiful lake, and the nice weather all added to the enjoyment. I wholeheartedly recommend this lovely spot!

The accommodation was in a picturesque setting and the hotel itself was beautiful. Unfortunately, the shower cabin was broken, but I hope it has been fixed already.

The pool was a highlight. However, the hotel’s description promised a restaurant, yet because of weddings, we couldn’t eat on site. All three event halls were hosting parties that night, and the noise carried into the early morning. Breakfast, consisting of cold scrambled eggs and fried eggs amid the party leftovers, was terribly bad. When we asked, a tired waiter cleaned a terrace table for us. The hotel should not be available for other bookings under these circumstances.
